The entire Uranus-Neptune cycle covers approximately 172 years. There are usually 3 conjunctions, two consecutive times in the same sign, returning every 4,000+ years. In the past two millennium 13 conjunctions have taken place within seven zodiacal signs. This dynamic duo can be depicted as revolutionary changes leading to new spiritual realizations. The issues of erratic and abrupt changes (Uranus), sacrifice, and deprivation (Neptune) become paramount during this cycle. 

Like statistical scientists, astrologers understand that although many similar events attributed to planetary configurations always happen to a lesser extent around the world, what makes a difference is the overwhelming poignancy of the prominent issues brought about by specific cycles. The instability promoted by the combination of these two giants has had a significant influence on the United States affecting race relations, weather patterns, and economic trends. 

It is common knowledge that the history of the United States of America is intrinsically connected to race and ethnic relations, as well as being a leader on economic trends. Climate changes also appear synonymous with the Uranus-Neptune powerful combination: Atmospheric disturbances, such as wind and rain in crazy, strange, and confused ways; electric storms; loss of electric power; chemical pollution; floods; tsunamis; hurricanes and polluted oceans. The following assessment supports these facts relating primarily to the effects on US territory. 

PREVIOUS CYCLES:  The Scorpio cycle (1478) impacted the areas between the Baring Straits of Alaska to Washington State and California. It is possible that Asian tribes were still crossing over and settling in North America. Also occurring was the union of Spain’s Aragon and Castile under Ferdinand the Catholic and Isabella, who in 1480 began the Inquisition and in 1492, reportedly financed the New World voyages of Christopher Columbus. 

The Sagittarius cycle (1650) impacted the areas between Washington State to Wisconsin and from Canada to Mexico. Spanish conquerors were exploring the Northwest, colonizing California and Mexico, and destroying what was left of the Mayan civilization in Mexico. According to scientists and historians, other causes for the demise of the Mayans have been attributed to earthquakes and climatic changes. Also, according to Grunt’s The Timetables of History, in 1650, the new American colonies began the extermination of North American Indians. 

CAPRICORN CONJUNCTION (1821): 

This conjunction marked the beginning of the industrial revolution at the peak of the slave trade and establishment of southern plantations. In addition, the young nation was having problems with Native American tribes. William Henry Harrison, Governor of the Indiana Territory, led the famous battle of Tippecanoe (1811) to deal with the matter. He organized the first genocidal slaughter of an Indian Nation, which led to the “Trail of Tears.” Legend has it that the younger shaman brother of the Shawnee Chief, Tecumseh, cursed the great white father in Washington for broken promises, which became known as Tecumseh’s Curse. In 1840, William Henry Harrison was elected US President; but shortly after taking office, he died from pneumonia. This event was the first death associated with the infamous Tecumseh curse that have repeated every 20 years, thus also thought to be related to the Jupiter-Saturn cycle. Since Harrison’s death, every other President inaugurated on a year ending in 0 has not finished in office, except for Ronald Reagan, who survived a gunshot due to a mutation on the cycle that year. 

President George W. Bush (2000-08) was the next one in line for the fulfillment of the alleged curse. Since the implication of the curse was to cause damage to the nation, this time the curse seemed to have been fulfilled by the administration’s detrimental policies such as, misleading the nation into an unnecessary war, increased ethnic/racial and economic divisions, increased enemy forces, constitutional damage, environmental neglect, loss of world prestige, and insurmountable economic deficits with indefinite dire consequences. 

CAPRICORN CONJUNCTION (1993):

From the start of the applying conjunction in 1992, the US experienced the wrath of hurricane Andrew in south Florida, sever storm in New York flooded subways with 4 feet of water and caused significant erosion to the Long Island coast. In 1993 catastrophic floods down the Mississippi river affected 10 states. At the same time, police officers were acquitted for the brutal beating of Rodney King, which led to the Los Angeles riots and the re-trial of the guilty officers. 

By the second conjunction there was another controversial trial involving 2 black teenagers, whom during the riots attacked Reggie Denny a white truck driver, who happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. The guilty verdict was delivered by the third conjunction in October 1993. During the separating conjunction in 1994, the O. J. Simpson “trial of the century” caused additional race divisions around the country. A primarily black jury acquitted the black football hero for the double murder charge despite insurmountable evidence of guilt. During the past two cycles the flaws in the system of government (Capricorn) were highlighted.

(Refer to the Geodetic World Map) In the geodetic map of the world the sign Aries starts at Greenwich 0 longitude. The rest of the signs follow eastwards in their natural order of 30 degrees each. Capricorn occupies the segment from 90W to 60W longitude from the Arctic to the Antarctic, encompassing the Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, part of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and most of South America (see map included). These areas were activated by the past two triple conjunctions (1821 and 1993). The Mississippi river goes along the line of 90W longitude from north to south. (Opposite signs on the other side of Earth can be also activated to a lesser extent).

SYNOPSIS OF LAST TWO CYCLES (1821-1993) (10 to 44 years between hard aspects - within orb from prior to after exactness):

Conjunction 1821: 

Industrial Revolution, Slave Trade, Southern Plantations, Indian Wars, Trail of Tears, Presidential Curse. 

Waxing Square 1865: 

Civil War ended, Lincoln assassinated, Slavery abolished by 13th Amendment. 

Quincunx 1895: 

Beginning Spanish American War (in 1898 US took possession of Cuba, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Philippines). 

Opposition 1895: 

Great migration north of southern Blacks, Galveston hurricane killed over 6,000, San Francisco earthquake, Oil was discovered in Beaumont, TX. 

Quincunx October 1929: 

Stock Market crash, beginning of Great Depression. 

Waning Square 1957: 

Beginning of the Civil Rights Movement. 

Conjunction1993:  Hurricane Andrew, New York floods, Mississippi floods. The Los Angeles riots, and Simpson’s trial of the century.

(Additional events of catastrophic proportions affected US and other countries during this cycle such as, record-breaking floods in Europe (93), major earthquakes in California (January/94), Kobe, Japan (95), China (96), Iran (98), Turkey (99), Guam, India, and Mexico). 

Next waxing square begins in 2035. 

MUTUAL RECEPTION: In 2004 Uranus-Neptune began a mutual reception (in each other’s signs, Aquarius-Pisces respectively). These factors emphasize the issues of the signs, as if both planets were in both signs at the same time. In addition to having a strong effect on the oceans, gases, and petroleum, it puts a spotlight on the poor and destitute in the signs of self-undoing (Pisces) and humanity (Aquarius). 

A few years after the conjunction, a mutual reception occurs lasting at least 7 years. There have been 5 mutual receptions from the Scorpio conjunction (1478) to the Capricorn conjunction (1993). Although the conjunction and mutual reception have the strongest effect on the weather, there are ups and downs in between related to major aspects. Specific disturbances have also been recorded during stations of either planet. 

During the current mutual reception, all existing records on weather disturbances have been broken. Hurricanes have increased in size and strength significantly and in 2005 there were 27 named storms – unprecedented in tropical history. Except for the 1832 cholera epidemic that killed over 3,000 people in New York City and 4,340 in New Orleans, there is no historical documentation related to catastrophic events during the previous mutual reception period (1835-1842). However, since the mid-1990s scientists have been tracking hurricane activity through tree rings in the Southeast from the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico. They found that particularly during the 1840’s there was evidence of hurricanes for which there was no historical documentation.

RECENT WEATHER PATTERNS: In December 2004, the Indonesian earthquake and subsequent tsunami killed 176,000 people from 11 countries – 3 months later another one killed 1,000. Florida was hit by 4 major hurricanes costing billions in damages and thousands homeless – the first time 4 major hurricanes were recorded in one area in the same season. 

The record-breaking hurricane season of 2005 also devastated the Gulf Coast States. The monsters’ hurricanes Katrina (Aug. 29) and Rita (Sep. 24) hit the largest refining and petrol-chemical centers in the nation located between Mississippi and Texas, including Beaumont, known as the oil center of Texas. Interestingly enough, except for New Orleans, the rest of the cities such as, Biloxi, Beaumont, Galveston, and Houston affected by the most powerful hurricanes in US history were incorporated during the previous Uranus-Neptune mutual reception. 

The catastrophic damage to the US oil production and tourist industry, in addition to the human tragedy caused by the floods in New Orleans, will have long-lasting consequences beyond the end of the mutual reception (2011). The American Civil War started after the previous mutual reception. We cannot dismiss the possibility of similar circumstances before the next waxing square (2035). 

The people mainly affected by the Katrina disaster in New Orleans were African Americans and the extremely poor, who had no means for evacuating on time. The huge number of displaced citizens and the loss of property and jobs will affect America for many years to come. Most of all, it exposed the grim reality that the difference between life and death is still mostly dependent on poverty and race in the richest, most powerful country in the world. Domestic priorities were being dwarfed by the ill-advised war in Iraq. 

Ten months before hurricane Katrina, the October 2004 issue of National Geographic published an expose’ on the impending catastrophic floods in New Orleans titled, “Gone with the Water.” Most of the damage could have been avoided and lives saved had the federal government not declined to cut the funding to the US Army Corps of Engineers to fix the levees. The US President ignored the warnings from climatologists, as well as the pleas from local and state officials for Louisiana’s flood control and coastal erosion improvements project. 

Prior to Katrina Louisiana’s state officials were considering suing the federal government for a larger share of the $5 billion in royalties from offshore oil and natural gas drilling in the Gulf to pay for repairs to the deteriorating coast. On 7-20-06 Governor Kathleen Blanco filed a lawsuit in New Orleans federal district court, in August she signed off on a settlement and on 12-9-06 the Senate confirmed the share of offshore oil revenues to fund coastal restoration and hurricane protection projects, which the US President signed. 

In October 2005, the monster hurricane Wilma devastated the region around Cancun, Mexico and continued the path of destruction to South Florida causing major floods and loss of electric power for weeks. In addition, unusual November tornados in the US mid-west and east caused significant devastation leaving many more homeless. Mayans in Central America suffered a severe storm with catastrophic mudslides, countless deaths and homeless. 

In the same month one of the worst violent earthquakes in the history of India and Pakistan killed thousands and many more homeless. In 2006-07 the Northeast experienced unusual warm winters and unusual tornados devastated entire communities in central Florida and mid-eastern states. California weather turned extremely violent with catastrophic fires intensified in 2007-09, leaving thousands homeless. 

CONCLUSION: Nothing happens on Earth that the planets will not show. Planetary cycles are predestined, but what people choose to do is not. Freewill is always available and awareness accelerates the growth process towards progress. There is a myriad of planetary cycles in process at any given time, all in perfect synchronicity. The Uranus-Neptune cycle in particular exposes the vulnerabilities and barriers that prevent humanity from achieving its greatest potential.

It seems highly probably that the latest global warming and climate changes were triggered by the 1993 Uranus-Neptune conjunction, followed by the mutual reception in process since 2004. Scientists concur bigger storms began to form since 1990s pointing specifically at 1995, which coincides with Uranus ingress into Aquarius, above Greenland and activating the Atlantic Ocean. The melting of Greenland’s glaciers increased when Neptune joined Uranus in Aquarius in 1998. Scientists also recorded a temporary intensification of storms from the 1950s to 1960s during the last waning square.

Scientists claim they are still trying to understand that frequency of major hurricanes rises, and falls seem to be on a cyclic time frame. Unawareness of planetary cycles will keep them speculating and struggling to understand this phenomenon. Uranus (oxygen, electric power, disruption) and Neptune (oceans, greenhouse gases (“the climate-change driver”) can certainly be attributed to global warming. The fact that Neptune and Pisces rule petroleum contributes to the drastic exposure of these issues, such as the war in Iraq, a major center of oil in the world and the war on terror also referred to as the clash of civilizations (west vs. east, progress (Uranus) vs. blind belief (Neptune).

Neptune’s issues of victimization have been further emphasized by the cycle of Pluto in Sagittarius (religion, ethnic cleansing, migration, refugees (1995-2008). Interestingly, Pluto went into Scorpio in 1490 during the Uranus-Neptune Scorpio cycle (1478); and during the Sagittarius cycle of 1650, Pluto was in its opposite sign Gemini. Pluto was activating the areas between TX and LA in 2005; and as it crossed longitude 90, tornados began to occur east of the Mississippi.

THE FUTURE: The violent weather trend begun in the last Uranus-Neptune conjunction (1993) and the issues of global warming, oil and human suffering will remain in the forefront as Neptune begins its sojourn into Pisces in 2011. This will mark a crucial turning point in the war on terror and in the dire epidemic of homelessness around the world because of war and natural disasters. The period from 2008 to 2011 should be especially critical when the mutual reception intensifies reaching the exact semi-sextile for the last time in this cycle. In September 2009 double cyclones devastated the Philippines with sustained 120 to 150 mph winds, hundreds dead, and millions in cost. 

Problems with oil, lack of clean water, homelessness, and overall difficulties will remain while Neptune is in Pisces until 2025 during the unstable times with Pluto in Aquarius (2023-43), which will lead to major government and social reforms. (Refer to “Why History Repeats” by this author). 

Meanwhile, let us not forget that the geodetic position of these two giants is still right above Greenland thus activating the entire Atlantic Ocean. Although some scientists still argue whether climate change due to human activity could significantly affect hurricanes, it is logical to assume that as the world’s pollutants worsen, so will the negative effects on the weather from the Uranus-Neptune cycle. 

In an enlightened world tyrants would not be able to capitalize on extreme idyllic beliefs that keep people in bondage. The security and health of the Earth and its citizens, regardless of race, creed, nationality, or economic status would be a priority. In an enlightened world the heighten awareness promoted by the Uranus-Neptune cycle would be better assimilated in consciousness, thus accelerating the growth process toward progress – revolutionary changes (Uranus) leading to new spiritual realizations (Neptune). 

The next Uranus-Neptune conjunction is due to begin in 2163 in Aquarius followed by the mutual reception beginning 2170. The first Aquarius cycle in over 4,000 years promises to be the most significant ever. By this time, the Aquarius Age will be in full swing making progress a priority. This cycle will impact the areas from Greenland to the Antarctic and the Atlantic Ocean. Using submarine sonar data documenting thinning ice in the Arctic, scientists predict that the ice in Greenland could be absent in summer by 2100. This scientific speculation could possibly coincide with the next conjunction in the 2160s. Likewise, incessant observations are the basis for astrological verities. We should continue to observe the on-going mutual reception, stations, and major aspects between conjunctions, such as the next waxing square due in 2035.

Astrologers can speculate on future possibilities by looking into the past because history reflects the nature of planetary cycles and preventive measures depend mainly on enlightened awareness. A significant observation concerning the Uranus-Neptune cycles from 1478 to 1993 involving the signs Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Capricorn, is that geodetically these areas pertain to the continents of North and South America, including the Caribbean. There was perfect timing between these cycles and the European discovery of the New World. It has truly been an American experiment in process marked by the powerful Uranus-Neptune cycle. ADDENDUM: My research on this planetary cycle specifically showed a conclusive correlation with the history of the United States and its intrinsic connection to race and ethnic relations. The Uranus-Neptune cycle marked every major developmental stage: From the first colonists encounters with Native Americans, to the Indian Wars, Slave Trade, Civil War, Civil Rights Movement, and Immigration reforms, to the 2005 tragedy of hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, LA. Furthermore, due to the geodetic position of the signs Scorpio, Sagittarius, and Capricorn occupying the entire continent of North and Central America where all the conjunctions have taken place since 1478, the last four cycles of Uranus-Neptune coincided with the European discovery of the New World and its subsequent development. 

On October 3, 2008, as soon as Uranus and Neptune made a station-direct to resume the final stage of the mutual reception that followed the 1993 conjunction, OJ Simpson was found guilty of armed robbery, kidnapping, and 10 other felonies as part of a plot to reclaim sports memorabilia he lost after the murders in 1994. On December 5, 2008, as the planets reached the exact semi-sextile, he was finally sentenced to 33 years in prison.

The ultimate historical event during the latest Uranus-Neptune cycle and its influence on race relations was the inauguration of the first black US President on January 20, 2009. A prominence of further racial issues related to this event is to be expected, at least until the duration of the Mutual Reception (March 2011). 

While the mutual reception continues its exact semi-sextile, a devastating earthquake hit the island nation of Haiti on January 12, 2010. There was destruction, over 200,000 dead people, and millions homeless. The chaotic effects of this tragedy will be felt for many years to come. On February 27, 2010, as the Uranus-Neptune mutual reception reached exactness, another devastating earthquake hit Chile in South America. During these last stages of the mutual reception, many other earthquakes have been recorded in California and another devastating one in China. The effects are being emphasized by the last opposition from Saturn to Uranus from April to September 2010. In addition, in March, as soon as Jupiter joined Uranus in Pisces over Iceland it caused a massive volcano eruption. In addition, the destructive Saturn-Pluto square from Oct/09 to Sept/10, is also contributing to the bad weather and other devastating natural disasters. 

Earth turbulence could continue throughout 2011when Uranus makes a critical waxing square to Pluto. The Iceland volcano had been dormant since 1820-22, during the previous Uranus-Neptune conjunction in Capricorn, square Pluto-Jupiter conjunct in Aries -- history repeating again, as indicated by these major planetary cycles. 

The winter of 2010 has broken all-time records of low temperatures and snowstorms in the US Northeast, while the Northwest recorded unusual warm weather.

Since the year 2000 the world has been experiencing the final period of transition from the Pisces Age of illusion, dependency, victimization, and religious persecution, that began at least 100 years before the Common Era; to the Aquarius Age of reason, science, independence, and general progress expected to officially begin around the year 2060. 

A World Age consists of 2,160 years, based on the Vernal Equinox movement of one degree of space every 72 years. For mathematical purposes, the signs of the zodiac consist of 30 degrees each (72 x 30 = 2,160). If 100 years are deducted from 2160, the end of the Pisces Age and the start of the Aquarius Age register around the year 2060. 

The famous scientist Isaac Newton, one of the sharpest minds in the history of mankind, who had unraveled the laws of gravity and planetary motions, predicted the year 2060 for the end of the world as we knew it. There is a letter from 1704 at the Jerusalem’s Hebrew University showing that Newton used the Bible’s Book of Daniel to calculate the date. Naturally, we must assume that such eminent scientist, who had spent his life studying the heavens, understood that what the Bible referred to as “the apocalypse” was really the end of an earth cycle based on the Vernal Equinox. 

The Pisces Age was about emotional addictions, and the enforcement of obedience and submission to a higher power, not only to a supreme being, but to all those who hold power and wealth. During this transitional period, the heavy burdened and oppressed masses begin to lose faith and trust in the traditional system. Overwhelmed with disappointment they begin to demand change. Thus, during the Pluto in Capricorn (2008-24) cycle the old dictatorial and imperialistic governments will be in turmoil trying to remain in power.

The synchronicity of Pluto’s cycle and World Ages can provide significant insights into the past, present, and future. Pluto in Capricorn is giving Government, Church, and Big Business, the final opportunity to implement the old suppressive structures of control and division that hold people in bondage. The gap between the powerfully wealthy and the regular working people has reached the ultimate extreme. Corrupt politicians and corporate imperialism are still using religion to manipulate the masses that keep them in power. 

Other obvious signs of the Pisces Age ending have been the intensification of beliefs on God’s ultimate condemnation against the infidels of the two major world religions, Islam, and Christianity. Both religions are equally awaiting the upcoming demise of the other. The survival of both religions is still dependent on delusion, violence, ignorance, and victimization. 

On the other side of the spectrum, many mystics among the metaphysical “New Age” community, are expecting the quick emergence of a Utopian Aquarian society of highly advanced consciousness where love, peace, and harmony rule the world. The Aquarius principle has been somewhat overrated since the idealistic Pluto in Leo generation, known as “Baby Boomers,” were in their most creative stage during the Pluto in Libra cycle (1971-84). Leo’s sense of self-identity was obviously also reflecting on the social consciousness of its opposite counterpart Aquarius. 

To know what to really expect in the Aquarius Age, we first must understand what the sign Aquarius is about: It is a fixed-air sign, which translates to an obstinate mentality. It is cold, calculating, intellectually and scientifically focused, and persistent in the pursuit of a goal. Its humanitarian concerns are impersonal, detached, rebellious, and revolutionary. A determined and independent mentality can be temperamental, erratic, and explosive, especially under pressure or deprived of freedom. Aquarius rules humanity in general and the need for freedom and diversity. Aquarius energy never feels it belongs anywhere in particular. It is disconnected from all forms of self-definitions as defined by the customs of society. Rigid and fixed ideas about how everything should be instigated produce challenges and confrontations. To avoid anti-social behavior, Aquarius needs to play a meaningful role in society by integrating individual social visions within the established system. 

Pluto in Aquarius (2023-43) will give us a clue of what the Aquarius Age is about. As soon as Pluto begins to empower the revolutionary spirit of humanity the struggle for liberty and social justice becomes uncontrollable. People power will reclaim the need to express true originality. No one will be willing to suppress individual potential, or be limited in any way because of gender, race, nationality, religion, or social status. Pluto in Aquarius promotes the need to break the barriers that separate people, encouraging independent thinking and equal participation in the process.

During this transitional period, in a critically overpopulated world, a multitude of diverse and divisive revolutionary groups begin to assemble, but the 37 years from 2023 to 2060 and sometime afterward could be the most turbulent. For reasons of security, they will compete for supremacy as they try to destabilize the established order. The Tea Party group in the United States is an example of the many yet to come. The people who are still locked into peer group control, used to being told what to do and how to think, will be desperately seeking like-minded groups to join. 

Many people will feel bewildered not knowing which way to turn, unable to adjust to being disenfranchised from old dependencies and attachments. Severing traditions that prevented growth and moving forward can be perceived as undermining and threatening. Thus, having the rug pulled out from under peoples’ feet will force them to think for themselves and take charge of their own destiny. 

The Pisces to Aquarius transition will not be Armageddon or Utopia. The idyllic concept of the “Brotherhood of Man” perceived during the illusive Pisces Age is difficult to achieve on Planet Earth, at least not at the present state of human evolution. Most people are still heavily immersed in the super idyllic Pisces energy such as, worshiping idols, blind beliefs, blind following, unrealistic supernatural fantasies, and expectations. 

The drastic transition from dependency to personal responsibility heralds a difficult period. Aquarius is not a peaceful sign. It is full of controversy and dichotomy to promote independence and change. It is a long road from chaos to progress thus plenty of instability and turmoil can be expected for many years to come. 

Eventually, out of the chaos a myriad of magnificent new inventions and discoveries will emerge, as well as great leaps of growth and progress in human consciousness. 

However, any degree of progress or advancement is always dependent on the will of the people in accordance with background cultural experiences and exposure. The science and art of astrology with its motto “to be warned is to be armed,” can play an important part towards the improvement and acceleration of the process. Astrology is counterpart to the Aquarius concept of science and independent thinking, to explore every possibility that leads to humanity’s overall progress.

Putin’s senseless and utterly brutal war for the purpose of forcing the sovereign country of Ukraine into submission at the end of the PISCES AGE is testimony of what the last 2,100 years have been about; Tyrants occupying other people’s land by force and massacres against humanity using religious and ethnic divisions. Heavy sanctions on Putin and his oligarchs mean nothing to him. Sanctions never hurt the powerful as much as they hurt the regular people. Evil dictators never care about anyone or anything, except satisfying their egocentric ambition for power, especially if they feel close to losing it, as in Putin’s case.

The same delusional aspect that caused him to believe on a swift success also shows a weakening health condition (Neptune Square his Sun). But after seeing the bravery of Ukrainians and the entire world united against him, it made him even more determined to fulfill his ultimate dream of eliminating the competition. His lucky aspect from Uranus to his natal and progressed Jupiter throughout 2022-23 gives him enough confidence to continue his nuclear threats, intimidation, and brutal assault until there is nothing left in Ukraine and provably in him.

Putin seems to be thinking that if the new Evangelical Republican Party (MAGA) wins the Mid-term and 2024 elections, they will support him as they support their own criminal dictator Trump. Putin knows they are all in the same page about doing away with Democracy and NATO, turning the country backwards into another authoritative theocracy liken to Russia. This temporary win is more likely to end together with the delusional Pisces Age.  

Unfortunately, when evil people find themselves cornered, they try to take as many others with them as possible. Putin opened Russia’s airways to the same underhanded Evangelist propaganda as those in America. Also liken to America, Russian Journalists and others are testifying having been victims of death threats unless they favor the dictator. Putin took a page from Trump’s book of dishonest tactics such as, lies, conspiracy theories and “fake news” to get support from the faithful in Russia. The main Evangelical doctrine used to manipulate the minds of the fearful is their obsession with the end of the world for Jesus, which they claim requires an eminent 3rd WW by a “million-man army from China.” This will be another big disappointment among the many throughout the age. Unfortunately, the easiest way to mislead and deceive is still possible by doing it in the name of God and religion.

The result of this dubious repetitive message makes it easier for the faithful to accept war in God’s name and wait anxiously for its completion. Apparently, Putin like Trump, thought they had gathered enough support from blind followers for the confidence needed to execute their plans. Obviously, neither one is a true believer in Christianity; they simply took advantage of the opportunity.

The true believers are smarter to realize neither China or President Biden is taking the bait to submit the world into a cruel and irrational war. China is a Libra-Aquarius Nation, which is only interested in marching to their own drummer towards their own idea of rational independence. They have achieved immeasurable growth and wealth without religion or wars. Their main interest is to continue the business success as the greatest provider of merchandise around the world. China has the potential to be the hero mediator to stop Putin’s war. The real evil murderers are the ones promoting unnecessary catastrophic wars for power while hiding behind organized religion. 

If Putin is unable to force Nations into submission or force the ideological 3rd WW, a delusional egomaniac like him could take the nucleal recourse to show his power. This is precisely what USA and NATO are trying to avoid. So far, Ukraine has a real hero in President Zelensky, who is heroically holding the fort during Putin’s relentless and criminal bombardment. He is pleading for help from the entire world to help him stop Putin, knowing there is no other hope for him and his people. They rather die than live under Putin and Russia’s oppressive regime and so do the rest of Democracies in the region.

The great MAJORITY of people in the world are the sensible who stand for freedom, progress, and peace. They can no longer remain silent while a MINORITY continues to conspire against them. It is time for the MAJORITY to unite in exposing the culprits responsible for dispersing the malignant and damaging propaganda of “the end of the world” based on fear to mislead and subjugate blind followers. The traditional wolfs disguised as lambs need to be exposed for the self-deluded power-hungry criminals they are, as they continue exploiting the emotional vulnerability of the faithful. 

The conclusion to the last 2,100 years of PISCES AGE about religious persecution, victimization, deceit, illusion and worshiping lords, masters, martyrs, and idols (negative qualities of Pisces), already appears to be the most difficult. It will not be easy to come out of the ingrained mentality caused by the misinterpretation of the Holy Scriptures written by the Hebrews and used by the Romans to shape the Bible. The prophets recorded the end of the TAURUS AGE as Moses was trying to turn the people away from worshiping the Bull (calf), related to the sign Taurus. They also clearly described the end of the IRON ARIES AGE emphasizing the main qualities of the sign Aries: “the blood of the lamb, war, tools, swords, worship of leaders and warriors, bloody robes, and violent battles.”

The main belief of these ancient spiritual scientists was reincarnation, what they described as God’s gift for the atonement of original sins to save the soul; through “eternal life, born again, the rising of the dead, a new heaven and new earth (new birth map in new place), God makes all things new again, etc.; and the truth that makes you free” (meaning free to choose the condition of next lifetime; main reason religion forbids the belief in that truth).

Christianity misinterpreted the “end of the age” as the “end of the world” (end of life). They have been expecting the world’s end with Jesus’ return ever since his death. They do not know what Jesus meant by saying he would return when “the sign of a man carrying a pitcher of water was in the sky” (meaning in the future Aquarius Age), but no one would know the time (as in reincarnation). His martyrdom was the symbol of the Pisces age, and he was killed trying to explain reincarnation. Next time people will be ready for the “great news” that heaven and hell are here on Earth and we reap what we sowed in previous lives. 

There is no doubt these prolific ancient scientists, called “Wisemen” at the time, used the science of the stars (astrology) to figure out all the mathematical calculations related to earth’s seasons, calendars, eclipses, cycles, etc., still used by astronomy today. They also named the 12 months of the year after the 12 signs of the zodiac and the 7 days of the week after the 7 visible planets in all the Latin languages. One of their great discoveries was the precise calculations of the Precession of the Equinoxes, the phenomenal system that creates the GREAT WORLD AGES related to the 12 signs of the zodiac.

Putin’s delusional and criminal war of choice is a consolidation of the age of tyrannical ideologues. It should be a lesson on knowing what to avoid in the future when choosing leaders. PEACE ON EARTH depends on people’s level of awareness to decode truth and reality from deception and absurdity.

The two modern MEGOMANIAC, POWER-HUNGRY DICTATORS, who decided to overthrow two democratic governments – USA and UKRAINE, both during a delusional transit of Neptune to their individual Suns: Neptune in Square to Putin’s progressed Sun and Square to Trump’s natal Sun. Both used the same underhanded method of scheming, prejudice, and outrageous lying, both aiming to destroy Democracy and NATO to assume ultimate power over the world, and both are using religion to destroy the opposition or “infidels.”   

While Trump’s coup failed, even after a violent insurrection against the U.S. government he has not given up trying to overthrow the new American Democratic Administration. There are videos implying the two delusional dictators had probably planned the evil deeds together. Thus, no longer having Trump’s help after he lost re-election in November 2020, Putin decided to go ahead with the plan of declaring an unprovoked and violent war on Ukraine for Russia’s expansion of power over the region.

Mr. Putin became Russia’s President in 1999 as soon as his progressed Sun and Ascendant entered Sagittarius with a conjunction at 0.55. This marked the beginning of his ultimate ambition, dreams, and desire for world power. He fancies himself as Czar with dreams of turning Russia back to the old Christian Orthodox Imperial Monarchy. No surprise his primary target are the Jewish members of Ukraine’s government.

February 23, 2022, after 23 years in office, the Russian authoritarian leader (Sun-Saturn conjunction in Libra), who is also an ideologue prone to deception (Mercury-Neptune conjunction), sought out the opportunity to fulfill his ultimate dream of acquiring the country of Ukraine. This was triggered by transiting Neptune at 23 Pisces, in a Square to his progressed Sun at 23 Sagittarius while making a Trine (easy, luck) to his ruler Pluto in the 10th (career objectives for power), and a Sextile (opportunity) to his Mercury-Neptune at 23 Libra.  

In addition to the above, what made it all possible for Putin was the temporary transit of Uranus making exact conjunction to his Jupiter, opposite his Venus. The positive combination between Uranus-Jupiter always depicts luck and success in all endeavors. Anyone born with a Trine between them, as Trump was, can even “get away with murder” many times over. Some people with this type of luck, start believing God is on their side and become overconfident, only to end up self-destroyed. Luck when misused and abused eventually turns against the perpetrator.

IN CONCLUSION:  These two malignant dictators got carried away by Neptune’s magical dust of deception and chose to use their luck and opportunities to satisfy their narcissistic egos and convoluted beliefs. The unsuspected Media simply refer to them as acting irrational, unhinged, and mentally unstable, which is all true. In the old days, ignorance of cosmic energies caused people to be committed to insane asylums or claimed being possessed by demons. What they do not know is that humans respond to cosmic energies according to their own soul’s state of evolution in addition to the collective level of awareness.

Unfortunately, PEACE ON EARTH is impossible when so many humans are still trapped on the primitive belief of blaming everything, good or bad on God or the Devil thus ignoring personal responsibility. This is the reason tyrants continue to use organized religion or ethnic divisions to accomplish their evil deeds.

In the geodetic map of the world, 0 Aries is at 0 longitude (Greenwich), and the rest of the signs follow eastward in their natural order at every 30 degrees. So, 0 Taurus is at 30 degrees east, 0 Gemini at 60 degrees east, and so on. My observations show that once a planet enters a sign it begins to activate the entire area of the sign. This is especially true with Saturn and the outer planets.

The ongoing powerful cardinal T-square between Jupiter-Uranus in Aries, Pluto in Capricorn, and Saturn in Libra, from the Bering Sea to Western Europe, explains the latest destructive weather patterns, catastrophes, and other world conflicts. The intensification of this powerful planetary configuration also produces a reaction point in Cancer affecting China, Thailand, and Indonesia. China experienced devastating floods, and Thailand was in turmoil with violent political riots. 

Pluto in Capricorn activating the area around 90W longitude between the Pacific and the Atlantic Oceans explains the terrible problems affecting the Gulf of Mexico, Central America, the earthquakes in Haiti (January 2010), and Chile (February 2010). Uranus geodetically above Iceland caused a massive volcanic eruption (March 2010) disrupting air travel that extended as far as Aries area extends into Western Europe. Pluto is the main force driving the global cardinal T-square and thus linked to the oil well explosion in the Gulf (April 2010) and the ensuing and continuing tragedy. Pluto began to affect the Gulf when it reached the middle degrees of Sagittarius, which mark the geodetic start of the Gulf. Pluto was there in 2005 during hurricanes Rita and Katrina. Pluto also activated the last major California earthquake in 1994, in the last degrees of Scorpio, crossing 120W longitude. 

The Iceland volcano was last active during the 1820-22 Uranus-Neptune conjunction at 0-3 degrees Capricorn, square Jupiter-Pluto at 0-3 Aries. The same cardinal signs and degrees are being activated again by the ongoing cardinal T-square. In addition, transiting Saturn is conjunct the Iceland ascendant-Neptune, square transiting Pluto, and in 2011-12 Pluto begins to oppose Iceland’s progressed Saturn. The previous eruption is believed to have lasted for an entire year. This one might last if these dynamic planetary configurations continue to activate the area. In addition, when eclipses or transiting Mars trigger the sensitive points, problems are expected to intensify, as could happen through September 2010.

Also, evidence of geodetic effects is the melting of Greenland’s glaciers, influenced by Uranus and Neptune. Aquarius, with Pisces, geodetically covers the entire territory of Greenland. When Neptune joined Uranus in Aquarius in 1998, the melting of Greenland’s glaciers increased significantly, and has continued while these two planets have been on mutual reception 2004-2011 (on each other’s signs). This situation might continue while Neptune is in Pisces 2011-25. We can also speculate on what Pluto will do when in 2024 it enters Aquarius and begins to activate the area, inclusive of the entire Atlantic Ocean. Pluto could either freeze the glaciers all over again or melt them completely causing the oceans to rise to catastrophic levels.

Meanwhile, the crucial cardinal T-square will continue to activate the entire world until 2011: more devastating events are thus to be expected. The powerful Uranus-Pluto square in Aries and Capricorn will remain in effect until 2016. This could mark the lasting effects of the tragic oil spill in the Gulf, among other things. The cycle between these two planets ranges between 115-140 years and is the one most strongly associated with major earth changes in the evolutionary process. Thus, the anticipated earth changes in 2012 have already begun. 

Powerful Pluto is the most important planet to watch on its geodetic path. Astrologers know better than to underestimate its destructive power, which can lead to transformation. We also know how it defines generations and instigate the mass movements that shape society and change the world. Astrologers know the circumstances and timing, but the overall results are always dependent upon humanity’s level of awareness.
